This Data Processing Notice describes how priorIQ.ai processes personal data in connection with this website and the demo-request workflow. It complements our Privacy Policy.
Roles
For personal data submitted via this website, priorIQ.ai acts as the data controller. For subscribers of the priorIQ.ai product, the product agreement and its Data Processing Addendum apply separately and govern any controller-processor relationship related to customer data.
Categories of personal data
- Identification — name, business email, company.
- Communication content — the message and details you provide in your inquiry.
- Technical and usage — IP address, browser, device, pages visited, referring URL, approximate location.
- Analytics identifiers — only when you accept analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 client identifiers).
Purposes of processing
- Responding to inquiries, scheduling demos and providing product information.
- Maintaining and improving the website (security, performance, usability).
- Understanding aggregated site usage (with consent).
- Complying with legal obligations and protecting our rights.
Sub-processors
The following sub-processors may process personal data on our behalf, subject to appropriate contractual safeguards:
- Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Corporation) — hosting via Azure Static Web Apps and CDN.
- Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (only after consent).
- Calendly Inc. — scheduling of demo meetings.
We review our sub-processors and update this list when material changes occur.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom to a sub-processor, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by Standard Contractual Clauses, complemented by supplementary measures where required.
Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including TLS-encrypted transport, a strict Content Security Policy and other security headers, restricted administrative access, vendor reviews, and continuous vulnerability management. See our Security page.
Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by applicable law.
Data subject rights
Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by emailing [email protected]. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
